Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of fine dining cooking experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- adaptable to bright lights and noise in casino conditions
- able to obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses or certifications
- able to obtain and maintain Food Handler's Serv Safe certification as required by the Lake County Health Department
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- participate in daily line checks
- assist with banquet preparation and execution according to chef's specifications
- maintain clean and organized walk-in and storage areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through sanitation walk-throughs
- provide accurate information on daily specials to front-of-house staff
- follow directives from chefs and supervisors professionally
- uphold company standards in food preparation and presentation
