Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two to four years of relevant food service experience
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, and walk fast
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic English reading and speaking
  • Ability to perform simple math
  • Physical stamina to stand and move quickly
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
  • Two to four years of experience in fast-paced restaurant or catering
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Clean and sanitation aware
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Able to read and understand recipes and menus
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Ability to perform simple math
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Good personal hygiene and appearance
  • Able to stand, walk long distances, lift at least 30 pounds
  • Experience working in close quarters in a fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Complete opening and closing kitchen duties
  • Manage walk-in coolers, reach-ins, dry storage, and all kitchen areas
  • Work as a team with other service departments
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of food to customer-facing employees
