Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- high mobility and flexibility
- ability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends
- able to handle stress and pressure
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
- must complete all required training
- maintain proper hygiene and follow dress code

Job Duties
- Cook food to order adhering to company standards and guest preferences
- prepare ingredient items according to recipes and company standards
- maintain proper sanitation of fry line and kitchen equipment
- ensure proper food storage, rotation, portioning, and temperature control
- complete all required paperwork, side-work, cleaning, and stocking duties
- promptly inform management of safety hazards, equipment problems, or out-of-stock items
- work efficiently during peak business hours
