Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Adherence to Oakmont Management Group COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
Job Duties
- Prepare dishes from scratch using seasonal and high-quality local ingredients
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Interact positively with residents and guests to enhance their dining experience
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
