Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary arts education or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Passion for hospitality and quality food preparation
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
