Job Requirements

  • Skill in working with professional kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Experience with professional kitchen appliances and equipment

  • Experience working in a high-volume hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Capability to support large-scale food preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality specifications
  • Operate professional kitchen appliances and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support large-volume food production for a la carte and catering services
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper storage methods
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • Assist with inventory control and ingredient preparation
