Job Requirements
- minimum of six months work experience related to kitchen duties
- skill in operating professional kitchen appliances
- basic knowledge of food preparation principles
- knowledge of proper cooking temperatures and methods
- ability to schedule food preparation
- knowledge of foodborne illness prevention and food safety
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- skill in cleaning a variety of food service equipment
- communication skills in English
