Job Duties
- preparing food for staff, visitors, special meals, physicians, and catered functions
- following approved recipes and production guidelines
- planning preparation schedule to ensure timely food readiness
- interacting comfortably with cafeteria patrons daily
- operating automated food preparation equipment
- cleaning and sanitizing work area and equipment according to procedures
