- Obtain ServSafe Food Handler certification within one year
- Knowledge of diet restrictions and ability to adapt recipes
- Ability to measure and scale ingredients

Job Duties
- Receive store prep cook and serve all items within food services according to guidelines
- Review production sheets and recipes to ensure quality and quantity
- Prepare food according to daily production reports
- Maintain time and production records
- Use kitchen utensils and equipment including blenders mixers grinders slicers and tenderizers
- Bake roast broil and steam meat fish vegetables and other foods per recipes
- Garnish display and serve food items according to standards and recipes
