Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop during shifts
  • Ability to work reliable shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and courteous attitude
  • Must comply with all company policies and safety procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain pace during busy periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

  • Set the pace of the restaurant by ensuring all food meets quality standards
  • Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and dining areas
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow proper safety and hygiene procedures when handling food
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff as needed
  • Adapt to various shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between
