Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Four plus years of professional cooking experience
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Must be a team player
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of experience as a line cook
  • Experience with pizza and hot line preparation
  • Strong knife skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand prep lists
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to work on feet for extended hours
  • Team player with positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items with focus on pizza and hot line items
  • Maintain strong knife skills and kitchen safety
  • Execute prep lists accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate as a team player while maintaining a hospitality heart
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to FIFO and safety guidelines
  • Maintain quality and consistency of food by following recipes and timing
  • Follow kitchen schedules, par lists, and opening/closing procedures
