- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Four plus years of professional cooking experience
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Must be a team player
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience as a line cook
- Experience with pizza and hot line preparation
- Strong knife skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read and understand prep lists
- Serve Safe certification
- Ability to work on feet for extended hours
- Team player with positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with focus on pizza and hot line items
- Maintain strong knife skills and kitchen safety
- Execute prep lists accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate as a team player while maintaining a hospitality heart
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to FIFO and safety guidelines
- Maintain quality and consistency of food by following recipes and timing
- Follow kitchen schedules, par lists, and opening/closing procedures
