Job Requirements
- three years commercial cooking preferably in a healthcare industry
- ServSafe certified
- completion of a culinary course preferred
- documented education of regulatory standards including OSHA, state health care facility licensing laws, city or local codes, fire safety, food service sanitation codes, HACCP, courses in management and supervision
- flu vaccine required during flu season

Job Duties
- support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations
- prepare nutritious and appealing meals for residents
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- comply with health and safety regulations including ServSafe standards
- assist with inventory management and food storage
- collaborate with the care team to meet dietary needs
- ensure a positive and efficient kitchen environment
