Job Requirements
- 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
- active Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain it
- must be willing to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts
- strong organizational skills
- must be able to work independently
- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- at least 21 years of age
- desire to exceed expectations
- energetic personality

Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods including grill, sauté, and fry
- use knives and various kitchen equipment proficiently
- read and recreate recipes accurately
- ensure consistency in all food preparation
- minimize food waste through cross utilization
- work collaboratively with the culinary team
- set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- prepare ingredients including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat
- maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- ensure proper storage and quality of food and other items
