Job Duties
- use creativity and passion for delicious food to deliver an enhanced dining experience for residents in the dementia-supportive Wellspring Village
- utilize an array of healthy, high-end ingredients to optimize nutrition
- accommodate specific dietary needs and special requests
- maintain knowledge and practice of proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols and regulations
- prepare meals in a high-volume dining services venue
- communicate effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- ensure safety and quality of all food served
