- must be able to safely lift 40-50 lbs unassisted and 51-100 lbs with assistance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one-year external experience in a Cook capacity or one-year internal experience as a Prep Cook
- excellent customer service skills

- accurately and efficiently complete work in a timely manner

Job Duties
- Assist customers with their orders
- preparation of hot and cold foods including grilling, in-house kitchen cooking, cooking hot items, scratch baking, cooking all items for bentos, making sandwiches and salads, making all other hot and cold foods
- transportation of grilled foods
- bakery merchandising
- packing and stocking bakery and service deli items
- cutting prepared meats for line service
- quality control
- understand and abide by all company policies and procedures
