Job Requirements
- Six months of general work experience
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Knowledge of care and use of food service equipment and kitchen utensils
- Understanding of health hazards in food preparation and necessary precautions
- Knowledge of safety and security precautions relevant to the work performed
- Willingness to work varying hours
- Submission of at least two professional references

- Six months of general work experience
- Knowledge of food preparation and service safety standards
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Experience working in a food service environment preferred
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality food items for each meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols
- Use and care for food service equipment and kitchen utensils properly
- Train hourly staff on washing, sanitizing, and handling techniques
- Support diverse meal concepts including vegan and allergen-free offerings
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive dining experience
