Job Requirements
- three years of experience in large scale cooking or any equivalent combination of experience and training
- associate degree in Food Service Administration, Dietetics or Nutrition preferred but not required
- physical ability to perform heavy lifting
- ability to supervise a team of employees
- knowledge of DOH regulations and National School Lunch/Breakfast Program requirements

- graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered two-year college with an Associate Degree in Food Service Administration, Dietetics or Nutrition and one year of experience in large scale food preparation
