Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items including pizzas, nachos, sandwiches, and salads
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, conveyor ovens, flattop grills, fryers, and food processors
- handle specialized tools including pizza peels, dough dockers, and portion scales
- maintain consistent quality standards in presentation and taste
- follow recipes and portion controls accurately
- operate in multiple kitchen stations including prep, pizza, sandwich, and expo
- practice proper food handling and storage procedures
- ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
- maintain clean and organized work stations
- support prep tasks and kitchen projects as needed
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service team members
- monitor food quality and freshness
- execute opening and closing duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions
- assist with preparation, cooking, and plating for private events up to 300 people
- practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
- participate in training and knowledge development programs
- be ready to help with other kitchen duties as needed
- spend up to 16 hours per year volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with excitement
