Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to read and follow recipes to maintain consistency and high quality menu items
  • good organizational skills
  • open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant's needs
  • ability to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be a team player
  • will need to be certified on specific equipment such as a Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after hiring
  • previous experience is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Receive and stock inventory
  • prepare, cook and assemble orders
  • keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures
  • operate specific kitchen equipment such as Band Saw, Buffalo Chopper, Meat Tenderizer, Mixer and Potato Peeler after certification
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • assist in food preparation and menu item consistency
