Job Requirements
- Ability to grasp, lift, and carry or move goods weighing up to 100 lbs
- Manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment such as knives and slicers
- Ability to work within extreme temperature ranges
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling
- Availability to work both AM and PM shifts
- Must hold a current Food Handler Card
- Minimum three years of cooking experience
- Knowledge of broiler and sauté cooking methods
- Basic math and English skills
- Ability to comply with safety procedures

- Three years of cooking experience preferred
- Broiler cooking experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and guest service standards
- Good working knowledge of broiler and sauté cooking fundamentals
- Good knowledge of accepted sanitation standards
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation
- Basic mathematical skills to understand recipes and portion control
- Basic English language skills for communication
- Ability to interpret product labeling and safety instructions
- Ability to operate beverage equipment
Job Duties
- Prepares daily preparation lists for production
- Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes
- Prepares all broiled and sautéed food items according to standard recipes and guest check specifications
- Visually inspects, selects, and uses only food items of the highest standard
- Checks and controls proper storage of products and portion control
- Keeps all refrigeration, equipment, and work areas in clean and working condition
- Maintains all logs, cooling, heating, and temperature records
- Adheres to company policies and safety procedures
- Reports unsafe conditions and accidents to management
- Assists other kitchen personnel when needed
- Maintains a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Works both AM and PM shifts as required
