- previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred
- experience with kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired

Job Duties
- ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
- preparing a variety of food using different methods and kitchen equipment
- following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- cooking and preparing menu items including pizzas and taproom fare
- operating kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
