Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience as dietary aide, cook, or in central kitchen
- Knowledge of food production and sanitation standards
- Valid ServeSafe certification preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to pass physical and criminal background check
- Availability for evening shifts and every other weekend rotation

Job Duties
- Prepare meals for patients according to menu and dietary guidelines
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitian for special diet accommodations
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
- Clean and organize kitchen areas including freezer and storage
- Engage with patients to gather feedback on meals
- Assist with menu creation and food preparation
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet nutritional needs of patients
