- Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté cooking stations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Previous experience in a country club or restaurant setting

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef with various tasks while maintaining efficiency
- Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and comply with food sanitation requirements
- Properly handle food and ensure correct storage
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
