  • Prior experience as a cook
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations
  • Previous country club or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks requested while working efficiently to keep up with business needs
  • Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
  • Prepare high-quality dishes consistently for à la carte and private events
  • Support various kitchen stations including broiler, pantry, and sauté stations
  • Ensure all plated dishes meet Invited's presentation standards
