- Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saute stations
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks requested
- Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
- Properly handle food and ensure correct storage
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
- Support a la carte and private event food production
- Maintain consistent food preparation and plate presentation
