- Prior experience as a cook
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations
- Previous country club or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks while working at an efficient pace
- Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
- Support a la carte and private event food production
- Ensure consistent food preparation and plate presentation
- Work efficiently to keep up with business needs
