  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of line cooking experience
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • valid food handler's card
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • willingness to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare soups, sauces, stocks, fry and broil items
  • manage multiple stations within the kitchen
  • provide direction in supervisor's absence
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver timely meals
  • assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
