Job Requirements
- At least three years of professional line cooking experience
- ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including soups sauces stocks frying and broiling
- capable of working multiple kitchen areas including restaurants banquets and garde manger
- must be able to stand for long periods
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work various kitchen stations
