Job Requirements

  • At least three years of professional line cooking experience
  • Culinary degree or equivalent related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Capacity to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Must have Maricopa County Food Handlers License
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Four years of previous professional kitchen/line cooking experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Experience working multiple kitchen stations
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision
  • Maricopa County Food Handlers License
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Perform preparation of soups, sauces, and stocks
  • Execute frying and broiling tasks
  • Work across multiple kitchen stations including pantry, sauté, grill, prep, and expedite
  • Provide direction in the supervisor’s absence
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
