Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional line cooking experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings
- Must possess Maricopa County Food Handlers License
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling
- Work multiple kitchen stations such as pantry, saute, grill, prep and expedite
- Provide direction in the supervisor's absence when required
- Work in various kitchen areas including resort restaurants, banquets, and garde manger
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain food safety standards including adherence to Maricopa County Food Handlers License regulations
