Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of professional line cooking experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings
  • Must possess Maricopa County Food Handlers License
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Good communication skills

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Able to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Requires moderate supervision and training

  • Available to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying and broiling
  • Work multiple kitchen stations such as pantry, saute, grill, prep and expedite
  • Provide direction in the supervisor's absence when required
  • Work in various kitchen areas including resort restaurants, banquets, and garde manger
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain food safety standards including adherence to Maricopa County Food Handlers License regulations
