Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of professional line cooking experience
- Culinary degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred
- Maricopa County Food Handlers License
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Experience working multiple stations in a kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare soups, sauces, and stocks
- Fry and broil food items
- Work multiple kitchen stations including pantry, saute, grill, prep, and expedite
- Provide direction in the supervisor's absence
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds
