Job Duties
- Leads the preparation of food for patients, staff, and visitors following safe cooking techniques
- Assists in the oversight of staff to ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Prepares and serves food within menu and dietary guidelines using kitchen equipment
- Modifies preparations to account for food allergies
- Champions food quality standards including appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation
- Maintains proper labeling and storage of food products, equipment, and machinery per regulations and guidelines
