- minimum two years experience in food preparation
- food handlers certification
- ability to write and compose correspondence or reports
- basic math skills
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays and overtime

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes
- follow instructions from the executive chef or sous chef
- operate kitchen equipment including oven, steam cookers, meat slicer, deep fat fryer and grill
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- assist in inventory management and food storage
- work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
