Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least two years of food preparation experience
- food handlers certification
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, steam cookers, meat slicers, deep fat fryers, and grills
- effective communication skills
- availability to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime
- basic math proficiency

Job Duties
- prepare food according to standardized recipes

- maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- compose correspondence and reports as required
- manage high volume food preparation efficiently
- adhere to flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime
