Job Requirements
- Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Strong commitment to safety and sanitary practices

Job Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in quantity food preparation or graduation from an approved culinary program
- Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certificate or ability to pass Food Handlers Test
- Experience in quantity food preparation in healthcare preferred
- ServSafe Certificate preferred
- Formal culinary or quantity cooking education preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate and prepare volume production of meals for patients, cafeteria, and catering events
- Support food service operational systems including safe food handling and meal assembly
- Follow menu development and modify meals as necessary
- Manage inventory and portion control
- Maintain infection control and sanitation standards
- Comply with food and safety regulatory requirements
- Assist with special food service events and activities
