Job Requirements
- able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
- able to obtain/maintain Food Handlers Serv Safe certifications as required by the Lake County Health Department regulations
- lift up to 25 - 30 lbs
- stand for long periods
- navigate crowded spaces
- flexibility in bending and reaching
- adaptability to casino conditions including bright lights and noise
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous pizza cooking experience preferred
- bi-lingual is a plus
- knowledge of health and sanitation standards
- proper cooking techniques and knife skills
- food knowledge
Job Duties
- execute daily prep and service with precision and consistency
- prepare classic American dishes such as burgers, chicken, flatbreads, and seasonal comfort foods
- participate in line checks
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- follow all health and safety regulations
- support daily sanitation routines
- assist in educating front-of-house staff on daily specials
