Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience
- ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to navigate crowded spaces
- flexibility in bending and reaching
- adaptability to casino conditions including bright lights and noise
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local gaming and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous pizza cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of health and sanitation standards
- proficiency in proper cooking techniques and knife skills
- strong food knowledge
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- bi-lingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- execute daily prep and service with precision and consistency
- prepare classic American dishes such as burgers, chicken, flatbreads, and seasonal comfort food
- participate in line checks
- maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas
- follow health and safety regulations
- support daily sanitation routines
- assist in educating front-of-house staff on daily specials
