Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be punctual and adhere to scheduled shift times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift supplies
- Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to communicate professionally and work within a team
- Strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- Comply with food safety certification requirements such as Food Handlers Safety Training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and work areas
- Complete necessary food and station preparations before restaurant opening
- Know location and operation of all safety equipment
- Assist in storage and rotation of food items
- Perform other duties as assigned
