Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous culinary experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- punctuality in clocking in and out for each shift and breaks
- must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas in accordance with State Board of Health regulations
- complete necessary food and station preparations before restaurant opening
- know the location and operation of all safety equipment
- assist in storage and rotation of food items according to hotel procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
