Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous culinary experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
  • provide friendly service with a smile to guests
  • flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • punctuality in clocking in and out for each shift and breaks
  • must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
  • comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas in accordance with State Board of Health regulations
  • complete necessary food and station preparations before restaurant opening
  • know the location and operation of all safety equipment
  • assist in storage and rotation of food items according to hotel procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
