Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- flexible schedule with availability on days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands
- must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled shift end time unless directed otherwise
- never work while clocked out
- must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- ability to stand for sustained periods
- ability to walk long distances or between work sites
- capability for repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, and fingers
- ability to lift laundry supplies, linens, and other items as needed

- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and work areas according to State Board of Health regulations
- complete food and station preparations before restaurant opening to ensure timely guest service
- know location and operation of all safety equipment
- assist in storage and rotation of food items per hotel procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
