Job Requirements
- Must have previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Must have a flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled time unless directed by manager
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- Comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas as per State Board of Health regulations
- Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
- Know the location and operation of all safety equipment
- Assist in storage and rotation of food items according to hotel procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
