Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- food safety certification as applicable
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- always provide friendly service with a smile
- availability for flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- punctuality in clocking in and out including for breaks
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, perform repetitive motions, and lift materials
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas as per State Board of Health regulations
- complete food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
- know location and operation of all safety equipment
- assist in storage and rotation of food items following hotel procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
