Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out policies
- Ability to perform physical demands including standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Comply with Food Handlers Safety Training and other food safety requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred

- Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out policies
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- Comply with food safety certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and work areas per State Board of Health regulations
- Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
- Know the location and proper operation of all safety equipment
- Assist in storage and rotation of food items following hotel procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
