Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment post offer background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Proven cooking experience including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Knowledge of food preparation principles, cooking methods and food safety regulations
- Upbeat and friendly attitude
- Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
- Ability to communicate and work well as part of a team
- Accuracy and speed in task execution
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Able to bend, kneel and lift up to 25 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Prepare food for service using approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures and standard portion control
- Maintain safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment
- Restock and break down workstation at the conclusion of the shift
- Assist in controlling product costs by managing product waste
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards
- Work with speed and efficiency while multitasking and maintaining organizational structure
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
