Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proven cooking experience including line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Upbeat and friendly attitude
- Open availability and flexible schedule
- Ability to work in standing position for extended periods
- Capability to bend and kneel during shifts
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food for service using approved recipes and production standards
- Maintain safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment
- Restock and break down workstation at the conclusion of the shift
- Assist in controlling product costs by managing product waste
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Work with speed and efficiency while multitasking
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
