Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related food experience in hospital or nursing facility
  • ServSafe certification required
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow sanitary and portion control procedures
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related food experience preferably in a supervisory role
  • ServSafe certification
  • strong knowledge of food procedures
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • prepare meals according to established menus and portion control procedures
  • ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and food safety standards
  • collaborate with the Dietary Director to develop and review menus
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • support team members to achieve quality culinary outcomes
