Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
- Ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Availability to work day evening weekend and open shifts
- Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality

- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently
- Monitor food quality while preparing food
- Set-up and break down work station
- Serve food in proper portions using appropriate receptacles
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
- Check and ensure correctness of temperature of appliances and food
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
