Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a ServSafe class which will be offered by the Salvation Army
- Ability to handle a high paced and often intense work environment
- Must be good with people
- 3 to 5 years food service experience with large groups
- Ability to be on one's feet for hours at a time
- Child Protection Clearances including PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check
- Must have an understanding of and support the Mission of The Salvation Army

Job Duties
- Perform food service responsibilities as directed by the Ladore Catering Manager
- Maintain food safety standards as prescribed by ServSafe
- Operate equipment safely and properly
- Maintain neat and uniform appearance at all times
- Prepare and cook meals for groups in house
- Keep food prep and cooking areas neat and clean
- Assist Ladore Catering with menus
- Assist Ladore Catering with inventory
- Other related duties as assigned by the Ladore Catering Manager
