Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • good physical stamina for kitchen work
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
  • strong knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to Hyatt recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations

  • participate in ongoing training and skill development
