Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or hotel cooking experience preferred
  • at least 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work all kitchen stations
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • at least 2 years previous line experience preferred
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • able to work a single station in the kitchen
  • ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Work all kitchen stations effectively
  • prepare soups and sauces per recipes
  • operate efficiently on the line and in Main Kitchen
  • assist with Banquet Production
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • communicate well with team members
